IN PERSON EVENTS: Tickets will be emailed to you, and you will receive a reminder email X days before the event.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for in-person events. See right sidebar for more information.

VIRTUAL EVENTS: You will receive:
1) a confirmation email from Zoom within 15 minutes of placing your order, and
2) a reminder email 60 minutes before the event.
We are unable to offer refunds for virtual events.

Most of our virtual programs are offered free of charge. Please consider making a donation to support future programming.

• About the Author

  Ann Haddad has been the Museum Historian at the Merchant’s House Museum since 2018. She is also a volunteer docent. She has an MLS from the University of Pittsburgh and is former Curator of Special Collections at the New York Academy of Medicine Library.

  The Merchant’s House Museum has a 48-hour cancellation policy.

  Tickets to paid events are fully refundable or transferrable up to 48 hours before the event.

  Non-refundable tickets may be donated back to the museum. Donations are tax-deductible.
