IN-PERSON EVENTS: Proof of vaccination and face masks are required to visit the Merchant’s House, as mandated by New York City’s Key to NYC program.

No tickets will be mailed; name(s) will be placed on the guest list at the door. If you have symptoms of COVID-19, please stay home. Email programs@merchantshouse.org and we will be happy to refund your tickets or transfer them to a different tour.

VIRTUAL EVENTS: You will receive:
1) a confirmation email from Zoom within 15 minutes of placing your order, and
2) a reminder email 60 minutes before the event.
We are unable to offer refunds for virtual events.
