IN PERSON EVENTS: Tickets will be emailed, with a reminder email the week of the event.
There is a 48-hour cancellation policy for in-person events. See right sidebar for more information.

VIRTUAL EVENTS: You will receive:
1) a confirmation email from Zoom within 15 minutes of placing your order, and
2) a reminder email 60 minutes before the event.
We are unable to offer refunds for virtual events.
Our virtual programs are offered free of charge. Please consider making a donation to support future programming.

• Cancellation Policy

  The Merchant’s House Museum has a 48-hour cancellation policy.

  Tickets to paid events are fully refundable or transferrable up to 48 hours before the event.

  Non-refundable tickets may be donated back to the museum. Donations are tax-deductible.
