PAYMENT: Credit card or PayPal.
The Merchant’s House uses PayPal to process credit card charges; you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account.

(During checkout, you will be asked to click a yellow button (“Pay with PayPal.”) Once you click, you WILL have the option to pay using a credit card, without logging in to a PayPal account. We promise.)

CANCELLATIONS: Full refund accepted up to 48 hours in advance. If you cannot reach a live person over the phone, please email nyc1832@merchantshouse.org so we have a record of your cancellation request.

TICKETS: No tickets will be mailed; name(s) will be placed on the event list.

CANDLELIGHT GHOST TOURS: Please arrive on time. Once the tour leaves the first room (approximately 10 minutes after the beginning of the tour), there is no late entry. Large bags (including briefcases, suitcases, and shopping bags) and coats may not be carried and must be checked in the coat room. The tour covers four floors, participants must be able to climb stairs.
